Privacy and local storage are fundamental parts of Urbanly's design. The application's core sketch-journaling features are designed to work locally without requiring an online account or a cloud-based social network.

Urbanly is an offline city-sketch journal and fictional community experience. It allows you to create a personal sketch archive, record urban sketches, save favorites, write personal notes, and browse simulated community content.

Such content is provided for creative context and inspiration. It does not represent a live community of real users and does not constitute real-time communication with another person.
Depending on the features you use, Urbanly may store the following information locally on your device:

Urbanly does not require you to create an account, username/password account, or online social profile in order to use its core features.
We do not require your real name, phone number, or email address to use the core sketch-journaling functionality.
Urbanly requests camera permission only when you choose to use a camera-based feature, such as capturing a new urban sketch.
Camera access is not required to launch or use the application's core non-camera features.
You can manage camera access at any time through your iOS device settings.
Urbanly may request access to your Photos library when you choose to select photos for a sketch, personal note, favorite, or Gallery Poster.
Urbanly does not require unrestricted access to your photo library simply because you install or open the application.
You can manage Photos access through iOS Settings.
Urbanly requests microphone permission only when you choose to record a voice note.
Voice recording is optional. If you do not grant microphone access, you can continue using features that do not require audio recording.
Voice notes created using Urbanly are designed to remain on your device as part of your local content unless you explicitly export or share them using an iOS system feature.
If you choose to share a voice recording with another application or service, that third party may process the recording according to its own privacy policy.
Notifications are optional. If you grant notification permission, Urbanly may schedule local reminders related to simulated activity or reminders you choose to receive.
These notifications are not real-time messages from real users. Urbanly does not use push notifications to provide live user-to-user messaging.
You may disable notifications at any time through iOS Settings.
Urbanly may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework for advertising attribution and measurement purposes.
ATT permission is not required for Urbanly's core sketch-journaling features. You may allow or decline the request.
If you decline tracking permission, core offline features such as creating sketches, saving favorites, writing notes, and browsing simulated content remain available.
Your ATT choice is controlled by Apple's system-level privacy settings.
If the version of Urbanly you use includes advertising or advertising attribution, certain advertising or measurement providers may process limited information according to their own technical systems and privacy policies.
Any applicable advertising or attribution processing is intended for advertising delivery, attribution, measurement, or related purposes.
Urbanly does not require an online social account in order to use its core features.
Urbanly may include fictional profiles, posts, conversations, comments, and community activity generated or bundled for use within the application.
These materials are intended to provide creative context and inspiration. They are not representations of real users and should not be interpreted as messages sent by actual people.
Simulated conversations are not live messaging services.
You may create and store your own content in Urbanly, including:
This content is primarily stored locally on your device. Urbanly does not automatically publish your personal content to a public online social network.
Urbanly provides local reporting and blocking controls for managing fictional community content.
When you report content, the report state may be stored locally and the reported content may be hidden immediately on your device.
When you block a fictional profile, associated content can be hidden from your local browsing experience until you choose to unblock the profile.
Because Urbanly does not operate a live social network, these tools are primarily local content-management features rather than real-time reports sent to an online community moderation team.
Urbanly may apply local filtering to user-authored text to help reduce certain objectionable or inappropriate language.
Filtering is an automated assistance mechanism and cannot guarantee that all potentially objectionable content will be detected.
Urbanly provides a Gallery Poster feature that allows you to turn selected sketches into visual poster-style compositions.
The first Gallery Poster export is available at no cost. Additional eligible exports may require Points.
Depending on the available features, generated posters may be saved to your Photos library or shared using Apple's system sharing functionality.
Urbanly offers optional consumable Points through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system.
Points are used to unlock or perform eligible additional Gallery Poster exports. They are not a subscription and do not represent cash or monetary deposits.
Points are consumable. Once Points have been used for an eligible feature, the consumed amount is not restored.

Actual availability, pricing, currency, taxes, and purchase conditions are determined by the App Store for your region.
Payments for Points are processed by Apple through the App Store. Urbanly does not directly collect or store your full credit card number, debit card number, or other complete payment credentials.
Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies govern payment processing performed through the App Store.
Because Urbanly is primarily a local-first application, you can manage many of your personal records directly within the application.
Deleting records or deleting the Urbanly application may permanently remove locally stored information.
Urbanly does not guarantee recovery of local data after application deletion, device loss, device reset, or other events that remove local application data.
Urbanly may allow you to export or share your sketches, Gallery Posters, photos, or other content using Apple's system features.
When you choose to share content with another application or service, that content may be processed by the recipient according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Urbanly does not control the privacy practices of third-party services you voluntarily choose to use.
Urbanly may use Apple-provided technologies and services, including the App Store, StoreKit, Photos, Camera, Microphone, Notifications, and App Tracking Transparency.
Third-party services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Urbanly's local-first architecture is designed to minimize unnecessary transmission of your personal creative content.
However, no electronic storage system or device can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device, including use of an iOS passcode or biometric security where appropriate.
Urbanly is not designed to collect personal information from children. The application does not require users to provide their real name, home address, telephone number, or similar identifying information to use its core features.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information in a manner that should not have occurred, please contact us using the information below.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing of personal information.
For information stored locally by Urbanly, you can generally manage, edit, delete, or export your content directly through the application or your device.
For information independently processed by Apple or another third party, you may need to exercise applicable rights directly with that provider.
Urbanly's core personal content is designed to remain on your device. However, Apple or other third-party services you voluntarily use may process information in countries or regions outside your location.
Such processing is governed by the applicable policies of those providers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the application, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.
The updated version will display a revised "Last Updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain appropriate consent for material changes.
